SHIPPING:

I will be doing my best to ship your orders out at soon as possible but for now expect your items to be processed and shipped out the following MONDAY from when your order was placed Please keep in mind I'm one woman who also has a full time job! thank you in advance for your patience!!

Returns:

To make a return items must be sent back to return address within 7 days. The shipper is responsible for paying return shipping and sending tracking information to somewhat western.info@gmail.com within those 7 days. Items must be returned unworn/undamaged and with tags still attached. If items are returned with no tags or damaged you WILL NOT receive a refund. 

Please return the packing slip with returned items circled and reason for return, thank you!  

we do NOT take returns on hats, belts, shoes or accessories.

Exchanges:

Due to the fact that items are limited qualities and high demand, I will not be offering exchanges on specific items. Customer will be responsible for making a new purchase of color, size etc. 

we are not responsible for mail delays and/or lost, stolen or damaged packages.
